Arts Fusion Lab: Igniting Creativity in Young Artists
What is Arts Fusion Lab?
Arts Fusion Lab is a vibrant collaboration between Opera Steamboat, Piknik Theatre, and Steamboat Dance Theatre, bringing musical theatre classes to youth in Steamboat Springs. This program sparks creativity, builds confidence, and fosters teamwork through singing, dancing, and acting, guided by professional teaching artists in a fun, supportive environment.
Our Impact at Boys & Girls Club
In August 2025, Arts Fusion Lab launched its first program at the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest Colorado, showcasing K-2nd graders with a performance of Hakuna Matata on August 6. Three groups—Jellyfish, Shrimps, and Seahorses—brought the stage to life at YVHS Commons.
