RESERVATION PROCEDURE: All reservations are on a space-available basis.
DEPOSIT: In order to reserve rooms, reservations will be guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s room and tax payable by credit card.
RESORT FEE: A nightly resort fee of $12.99 per day plus tax ($14.21) is added to all rates. Resort fee includes parking; use of business center, free local calls/30 minutes domestic long distance. Resort fees are subject to change without notice.
BALANCE: Total balance plus resort fees is due at time of check-in, payable by credit card.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in time is after 4:00pm; check out time is 10:00 am. Upon check in a refundable security and incidental deposit of $100.00 per room is required, payable by credit card. When departing, this deposit will be released, less incidental charges, pending no damage to the units. The release typically takes 5-10 business days to show, depending on your financial institutions’ policies. There are no refunds for early departures.
MODIFICATIONS: Modifications to reservations are allowed up to 72 Hours prior to check in date.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be received 72 Hours prior to the arrival date, or forfeit any deposits paid No show reservations (non-cancelled reservations) will forfeit the prepaid deposits
